Who can do Pilates and Gyrotonic?
Truly anyone can benefit from these modalities! I fell in love with Pilates and Gyrotonic because they are accessible and beneficial for everyone from my 80 year old clients to professional dancers to someone overcoming an injury.
Are Virtual Sessions effective?
Yes! I utilize bodyweight exercises and simple props to create a personalized workout that will strengthen and inspire you. My decades in the movement world have honed my eye for detail so I am able to give specific cues to help you work smarter and build balanced, total body strength.
How Many Sessions a week do I need?
With one session a week you will notice posture improvements and become more aware of your daily movement patterns.
With two sessions a week you will feel noticeably stronger and have less daily pain.
My clients who do three or more sessions a week notice their body composition changing, their nagging pains ease, and their motivation to move skyrocket.
How Long are your sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
What do I need for my first Session?
All you need is a mat, clothes you easily can move in, water, and a computer that can access Zoom.
What is Your Cancellation policy?
I hold a standard 24hr cancellation policy. All sessions not cancelled by text or email within the 24hr window will be charged the full amount of the session.
